Be the belle of the ball in our grand Ballroom, featuring dazzling chandeliers, marble walls and luscious carpet. The adjoining Sunporch adds an extra dimension to your event and is the perfect setting for hosting an elegant hors d’ oeuvres buffet. Include an ice sculpture for a truly stunning effect your guests are sure to remember. The Ballroom comfortably seats 250 guests.

Entertain with style in our gorgeous Parlors. Whether your special event is intimate or lavish, the flexibility offered by the three rooms will match your needs. The Parlors are beautifully decorated with rich wall coverings and plush carpet, providing the perfect atmosphere for a memorable affair. The Parlors comfortably seat 250 guests.

The Gold Rooms offer a warm and cozy, tastefully elegant choice for your next special occasion. Gold chandeliers, velvet drapery and lush carpeting set the stage for entertaining family and friends and providing each of your guests with many happy memories of your party. The Gold Room comfortably seats 150 guests.

The Green Room features luxurious soft seating, ideal for hosting a rehearsal dinner, shower or graduation party. The Green Room comfortably seats 48 guests.

Spartan Signature Catering is well-known for serving delicious, mouth-watering cuisine that is a feast for all of your senses. We offer an extensive menu featuring all the basics: beef, chicken, seafood and vegetarian, served breakfast, lunch, dinner and reception. Some of our recipes are familiar favorites and some dishes are prepared using exciting new twists.
