Welcome to Our Newest University Community

University Housing’s commitment to providing MSU students with housing alternatives throughout their college career continues with the addition of University Village Apartments. This exciting new complex will be home to 300 upper-division students from a variety of majors and backgrounds, and offers the best of both worlds with on-campus convenience and the features of apartment-style living.

Students still seeking the perfect off-campus apartment may not need to go off-campus after all. Any student who will has 28 credits by the start of fall semester is welcome to apply.

The four-bedroom apartments are the perfect option for students whose housing plans for next year fell through, or who were planning to live with a friend or friends who left them hanging. A roommate locator service is available through University Housing, or you can apply with a group of friends.

The New University Village - opening Fall 2007. Get all the convenience of campus living with the best apartment amenities at the New University Village.

• Four private bedrooms and two baths per apartment
• A shared living/dining area and complete kitchen
• Fully furnished
• Individual nine-month contract (with the option to sign a three-month contract for summer at the same rate)
• Utilities, trash removal, Ethernet, cable and local phone service included
• Completely smoke-free environment
• Ample parking
• Optional meal plan, with Brody Dining Services just across the street
• Rental rate of $630/month per bedroom

Eligibility Requirements
Only 300 spaces are available at the New University Village, and we’ve reserved them for currently enrolled students who have attained at least sophomore status by Fall 2008, in a degree-granting MSU program and in good standing with the University.
