Living-Learning is a cornerstone of the MSU experience and a hallmark of the institution. We don't just preach "living-learning," we live it by offering students well-maintained facilities, professional staff and award-winning dining services that support their academic efforts at all levels.  In fact, students who reside on-campus achieve higher GPAs than students who live off campus across the board!

Over 65% of eligible students return each year to University Housing because of our convenience, service and value.  And more families recognize that our mission is to help your student be successful.

Regardless of the housing and dining plan selected, all halls treat your student as a customer. To deliver these services, we maintain a close partnership with Residence Life staff. They play an integral role in assisting students as they transition into different academic and social realities. We are uniquely partnered so that both operational and residential life staff members can focus on their respective duties and responsibilities to provide seamless service.
