The Berg is complemented by an adjacent soup and bakery area; New Traditions features prepared contemporary entrées, carved meats, daily vegetarian selections and sides for a complete meal, with exhibition cooking for that added flair; Brimstone Grille displays a freshly prepared selection of burgers, chicken sandwiches and grill-to-order items from grilled cheese to french dip sandwiches and everything in between; Latitudes presents authentic ethnic menu items with emphasis on global trends such as Asian, Thai, Middle Eastern, Cuban and Southwestern. Prepared as you wait, your entrée will sizzle to perfection using flexible cooking systems and woks; Ciao! features a variety of pizzas by the slice, subs and oven-baked sandwiches made with MSU Bakers breads and buns, available late into the evening; Bliss features tempting pastries, pies and cakes, as well as an array of specialty desserts finished in view of the customer.
