The Hubbard Café “options” is
the key word. The Core serves
a variety of entrees and accompaniments for
breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Epicenter offers a selection of “quakes” (sandwiches) on different breads prepared three different ways. The perfect accompaniments to your quake can be found at The Art of Soup where freshly prepared soups are offered with a variety of toppings and fresh baked rolls. The Reactor Station includes omelets, eggs (cooked-to-order) and smoothies for breakfast, specialties for lunch and dinner. The BA Salad Bar, which is themed daily, offers an expansive variety of items to create your own salad. Euphoria creates floats, shakes and malts to order during dinner for that final touch to your dining experience. There are numerous other features to see at The Hubbard Café including one of the largest breakfast offerings in the area, fresh baked cookies during lunch and dinner and a truly unique dining room atmosphere.
