The East Zone invites you to experience the evolution of dining. Akers Café, Holmes Café, The Hubbard Café, and McDonel Café combine to provide a diverse variety of cuisines. In July 2008, we accepted a new directive - to provide dining experiences that are made with quality ingredients offering color, texture, fresh, and healthy alternatives; food that is visually dynamic, exciting, current, and flavorful; operations promoting local suppliers and contributing towards the sustainability of our world. Welcome to our neighborhood and watch us evolve where there is a new flavor experience everyday.

At The Hubbard Café “options” is the key word. The Core serves a variety of entrees and accompaniments for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Epicenter offers a selection of “quakes” (sandwiches) on different breads prepared three different ways. The perfect accompaniment to your quake can be found at The Art of Soup where freshly prepared soups are offered with a variety of toppings. The Reactor Station includes omelets, eggs (ccoked-to-order), The Breakfast Quake and smoothies for breakfast, with specialties created-to-order for lunch and dinner. The BA Salad Bar, which is themed daily, offers an expansive variety of items to create your own salad. Euphoria creates floats, shakes and malts during dinner for that final touch to your dining experience. There are numerous other features to see at The Hubbard Café including one of the largest breakfast offerings in the area, fresh baked cookies during lunch and dinner, and a truly unique dining room atmosphere.

The Hubbard Café is open Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
