The East Zone invites you to experience the evolution of dining. Akers Café, Holmes Café, The Hubbard Café, and McDonel Café combine to provide a diverse variety of cuisines. In July 2008, we accepted a new directive - to provide dining experiences that are made with quality ingredients offering color, texture, fresh, and healthy alternatives; food that is visually dynamic, exciting, current, and flavorful; operations promoting local suppliers and contributing towards the sustainability of our world. Welcome to our neighborhood and watch us evolve where there is a new flavor experience everyday.

Holmes Café features Longitudes, which offers a wide variety of cooked-to-order items daily, from omelets for breakfast to world-wide cuisines for lunch and dinner. Levels brings toasted grinders and great pizza to lunch, dinner and late nite. In its infancy of development is Abea, which brings the islands and shores of the Mediterranean Sea to your palate featuring a hummus and pita bar daily with accompaniments as well as cooked-to-order items.

Look for Holmes Café’s expanded salad bar to compliment your dining experience and watch us in the near future as we develop our venues. Holmes Café is open Monday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 12 midnight.
