We've Moved to Better Serve You!

The University Housing Assignments and University Apartments offices have moved from Service Road to 1460 Middlevale in Spartan Village. Our new facility features "one-stop shopping" for residents, including a postal service station, a fitness center, study/meeting rooms, and offices for Residence Life and the MSU community police officer.

Eligible MSU students, faculty and staff may apply for housing at any time. You may call us or use our quick printable applications.
