Our Mission is to advise and assist on organizational issues that will help H&FS and the University attain its fiscal goals and service priorities and fulfill its mission; to provide guidance on matters relating to employee and labor relations within the Division; to help our employees become dynamic leaders and productive employees by meeting their educational and professional goals and career objectives; and to position our Division to meet future expectations by fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, courageous leadership and customer loyalty.

H&FS Human Resources' primary focus is Divisional staff and their professional development.
