Sparty'sRenovations for the Holmes Sparty’s have begun for what will become four separate spaces combined to deliver an incredible retail experience with high tech-high touch gathering spaces for students, faculty and staff. The renovation will include a retail sales space with new lighting fixtures and architectural finishes, a theater with two flat panel televisions, DVD players with controls at each seat, a central gathering space with a fireplace, computer gaming stations, and a seminar room with a smart board and seating for 15. The space will be air conditioned and the project will incorporate many sustainable features, including bamboo flooring, occupancy sensors, LED lighting and recycling.

Watch the progress as we make updates weekly to this page. When it's done by the end of summer, make sure to visit Holmes Hall Sparty's and see all the exciting changes!
