Spartan Stadium Catering - Events Information Suite Administrator We encourage suite holders to appoint one person as your administrator to place all food orders, handle communications, and make other arrangements for entertaining. A suite profile will be built upon your first contact with Athletic Catering & Event Services. This suite administrator should be responsible for communicating to suite guests and co-owners (if applicable). This person will be contacted regularly regarding special events and menus, proper placement of orders and timely payment of all invoices. All questions from suite guests prior to events should be directed to the suite administrator. Advance Ordering Information All event orders should be placed at least three business days prior to your event to ensure item availability and the utmost in presentation, service and quality for our guests. Orders may be placed by telephone, fax, e-mail or on our Web site. To facilitate ordering, we will provide advance order forms, which may be completed and faxed to us. On fax orders, please provide your name and a phone number where we may reach you to confirm the order. Please specify the suite or platform number, holder’s name, date and time of the game or event for which you are placing the order. We recommend ordering three days prior to the event. Contact Information Athletic Catering & Event Services Cancellations There may be times when it is necessary to cancel an order. You will not be charged for cancelled orders if you call Athletic Catering & Event Services to cancel at least 24 hours prior to the event. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to full charges. Special orders cannot be cancelled without a charge. Menu Delivery You may schedule your food to arrive at your suite at a specified time prior to an event, just prior to or during a break or halftime. Additional beverages may be ordered during an event. Suite servers will periodically visit your suite during events to refresh supplies and attend to your service requests. Ordering Additional Items If you find that you need items in addition to those you have pre-ordered, please see our Game Day Menu for a list of selections available to you. Please allow one hour for delivery of these items. All items must be ordered before halftime. Service Charges and Sales Tax A service charge of 18 percent plus six percent Michigan Sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges. Personalized Service During events, suite servers will be assigned to deliver your food orders, will be available to take additional orders and will maintain your suite during the game. However, if you should require additional or personalized assistance, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary staff. An advance notice of three days is required for this service. Arrangements for Payment For ease of billing, we require a University account or a credit card number held on file with Athletic Catering & Event Services. If other arrangements have been made, only your signature on the bill will be required on the day of the event to verify the services provided. Special Services We offer our assistance for all your entertaining needs, including decorated cakes, cookies, flowers, balloon bouquets and ice carvings, as well as other services we may be able to provide. Please contact us about using your suite for non-game day functions. Level 400 LaSalle Club is also available to host a variety of private functions. We would be more than happy to work with you to plan the perfect function. |
