Seasonal fresh fruit with raspberry yogurt dip, and a variety of domestic cheeses and assorted crackers

Seven-Layer TexMex Dip - $60
Layers of refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, cheddar and jack cheeses, black olives, tomatoes and green onions, served with a basket of tortilla chips and salsa

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail - $90 (two dozen)
Iced shrimp, cocktail sauce, lemon wedges

A filet of smoked salmon served with capers, raw onions, boiled egg and an assortment of crackers

Golden fried strips of tender chicken breast served with ranch and honey mustard dipping sauces

First & Ten Breadsticks - $35
Delicious cheese-stuffed breadsticks topped with garlic butter and served with marinara sauce

Time-Out Chicken Quesadilla Wraps - $65
Smoked chicken and jack cheese wrapped and deep fried, served with sour cream and salsa
