Cancellations
Food cancellations must be made at least five days prior to the event, Monday through Friday. Cancellations between one and four days prior to the event will result in a charge of fifty percent of your total bill. Cancellations within twenty-four hours of any scheduled function will be billed at one hundred percent.
Guarantees
Final guarantee on food and beverage service is due three business days prior to the event. We can accommodate five percent over your guaranteed number. You will be billed for your guarantee or the number of guests, whichever is more.
Minimums
$200.00 food and beverage purchase.
Sales Tax
6% Michigan sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges. University accounts are tax exempt.
Parking
Several lots are adjacent to the north of the Pavilion; parking is free.
Donated food is not permitted.
Payment may be made by University account, cash, Visa, MasterCard or check.

From “Up North:”
Follow 127 South to Trowbridge Road (exit 106). Follow Trowbridge Road east to Harrison Road. Turn south (right) onto Harrison Road. Follow Harrison Road south approximately 1 1/2 miles to its end at Forest Road. Turn east (left) on Forest Road. Follow Forest Road approximately 3/4 mile to the entrance off College Road. Turn left. The Pavilion is on the northeast corner of Forest and College Roads.
From Grand Rapids and points West:
Follow 96 to Business 496 East (exit 95). Follow 496 East to Trowbridge Road (exit 106). Follow Trowbridge Road east to Harrison Road. Turn south (right) onto Harrison Road. Follow Harrison Road south approximately 1 1/2 miles to its end at Forest Road. Turn east (left) on Forest Road. Follow Forest Road approximately 3/4 mile to the entrance off College Road. Turn left. The Pavilion is on the northeast corner of Forest and College Roads.
From Detroit and points Southeast:
Follow 96 to Okemos Road (exit 110). Go north on Okemos Road approximately 1/2 mile to Jolly Road. Turn west (left) on Jolly Road. Follow Jolly Road west to College Road. Turn north (right) on College Road. Follow College Road north to Forest Road. Proceed north across Forest Road into the entrance off College Road. The Pavilion is on the northeast corner of Forest and College Roads.
From Flint and points Northeast:
Follow 69 to the Business 69/ East Lansing exit. Follow Business 69 (also called Saginaw and Old M-78) west to Hagadorn Road. Turn south (left) on Hagadorn Road. Follow Hagadorn south to Bennett Road. Turn west (right) on Bennett Road. Follow Bennett west to College Road. Turn north (right) on College Road. Follow College north to Forest Road. Proceed north across Forest Road into the entrance off College Road. The Pavilion is on the northeast corner of Forest and College Roads.
From Jackson and points South:
