Concessions Staff

Bill Kost, Interim Manager
Bill graduated from MSU in 1985 with a B.S. in Public Affairs Management from the College of Agricultural & Natural Resources. He began his career in 1988 with the MSU Concessions Department, where he currently oversees the concession operations at Breslin Center & Munn Ice Arena, as well as the department’s Human Resource functions.

Alan Wilkinson, Assistant Manager
Alan graduated from MSU in 1996 and began working for Concessions in December of 1998. Alan currently oversees concession operations at Spartan Stadium, the Agricultural Pavilion and all Olympic events.


Dale Nagele, Operations Supervisor
Dale graduated from Michigan State University in 1981 with a B.S. from the School of Packaging. He has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. He started working for MSU Concessions in July 2008 and is responsible for all concession related events at the Breslin Student Events Center.

Justin Evans, Operations Coordinator
Justin graduated from Michigan State University in 2004 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. He has worked at MSU for the Division of Residential and Hospitality Services since 1995 in a variety or roles including Assistant Dining Services Manager at Brody Dining Services. He oversees concession related events at the Agricultural Pavilion and Football Stadium operations.

Michael Evans, Operations Coordinator
Michael graduated from Lansing Community College in 1990 with a degree in Business and Culinary Arts and earned his teaching certification from Great Lakes Christian College in 1997. He has worked at Michigan State University for the Division of Residential and Hospitality Services since 1986 in a variety of roles. Since 2001 he has taught Culinary classes at Lansing Community College. Michael was hired full time with Concessions & Athletic Catering in November 2006. He oversees event set-up, execution and breakdown, as well as student supervision, product ordering and event management.

Jonathan Hughes, Operations Coordinator
Jonathan graduated from Michigan state University in 1998 with a B.S. in Food Science and completes his A.O.S. from the Culinary Institute of America in 2000. He has held management and culinary positions with various restaurants, casinos and country clubs across the U.S. Currently he assists and oversees the food production for Athletic Catering & Event Services for Spartan Stadium, Munn Ice Arena, Jack Breslin Student Events Center and other various events at Spartan Stadium.

Rick Kellicut, Operations Supervisor
Rick has spent his entire career working in the Division of Residential and Hospitality Services. He started at MSU in 1984 as a Supervisor at the MSU Laundry. In 1999, he transferred into his current position with MSU Concessions as Olympic Events Coordinator and equipment maintenance guru.

Jaci Lange, Operations Coordinator
Jaci graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2006 with a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She began her food service career in minor league baseball as the Concessions and Catering Manager for the Lansing Lugnuts. She joined the MSU Concessions Department in November 2007 and is responsible for all concession related events at Munn Ice Arena and the MSU student component of the department’s Human Resources.

John Oswald, Secretary
John began working for the University in 1999 as support personnel for University Stores. From there, John joined the MSU Concessions Department as a Secretary and Payroll Clerk in 2002.

Stacey Robinson, Catering Manager
Stacey graduated from Michigan State University in 1992 with a B.A. from the School of Business, Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management. She has worked in the restaurant and catering business for over 16 years. She started working for MSU in February 2005 as the Catering Manager for Athletics and Special Events, serving the suites and club level at Spartan Stadium, Breslin Center, Munn Ice Arena and the Agricultural Pavilion.
