Genevieve's Garden
Wedding ceremonies at Brook Lodge are truly the beginning of fairy
tales! The historic Genevieve's Garden, beloved by Dr. Upjohn, offers
the serenity and scenery for a perfect outdoor ceremony.The garden's
gazebo makes an elegant backdrop for the Bride & Groom, and
is equipped with electricity for a sound system or musician. Your
guests will pass the double fountain and walk over two stone footbridges
to reach the garden, where they'll await the entrance of the bride.
Nature's perfect setting is exemplified by the sound of the flowing
water and the seasonal flowers surrounding the garden. The garden
can hold up to 250 guests for a seated ceremony.
Use of the Genevieve'sGarden also includes an indoorroom held
as a rainback-up alternative. (Rain back-up space may require guests
to be standing, or partially seated and partially standing, depending
on size of group.) Brook Lodge will provide a room for the bride
to dress and will provide space for the ceremony rehearsal the
evening prior to the wedding at no additional charge. Rehearsal
times are subject to change and can be confirmed three weeks prior to
the wedding
The
Conference Hall
Featuring a cathedral ceiling and a classic foyer, the Conference Hall's three double
doors lead to the reception hall. The arched entrance overlooks
the Old Mill Pond, and the room itself is classically decorated with
beautiful oak trim. Your own private building assures your gathering
is undisturbed. This room seats up to 200 guests for a wedding reception and
requires a minimum $10,000 be spent on
food and beverage selections for receptions on Saturday evenings,
May through October.
 The Upjohn Ballroom
Elegant and modern, our Ballroom features
arched windows which surround the room and provide natural lighting. An
open foyer leading to an outdoor patio area and the formal entrance
to this room add to its unique appeal. This room seats up to 100 guests for
a wedding reception and requires a minimum of $5,000
be spent on food and beverage selections for receptions on Saturday evenings,
May through October.
The
Doctor's Cottage
Once the private estate of Dr. W. E. Upjohn, this beautifully
decorated home overlooking the pond is now the perfect location
for your social hour of up to 200 people or an intimate wedding
and reception for under fifty people. It also provides a unique and
relaxed atmosphere for a rehearsal dinner party. Two fireplaces
and a beautiful formal bar grace the Doctor's Cottage, along with
a perfect view of the fountains, gardens, and the waterfall.

The Dining Hall
Perched on the edge of Old Mill Pond since 1927, tall French doors
lead to a patio looking across the pond to the Japanese garden. Antique formal dining tables and chairs, an original
fireplace, and traditional formal décor provide the perfect
place for your reception or rehearsal dinner. Seats up to fifty-five guests
for a wedding reception.
Tent Reception
Imagine a romantic reception underneath the soft peaks of a beautiful white tent with a breathtaking view of the surrounding gardens and Old Mill Point. A tent reception may be the perfect choice if your group is too large for one of our indorr settings or if you just prefer the ambiance of the outdorrs. Seats up to 300 guests. This option reqquires a minimum spending of $10,000 on food and beverage selections for receptions on Saturday evenings, may through October. Additional rental costs will apply.
