Your Wedding Reception Package
Reception package pricing for 2008 ranges from at $49.00 to $60.00 per person, plus 19% service charge and 6% tax. See our wedding menus for specific prices. Rental charge for the Doctor's Cottage for your social hour (optional) is $700.00. Charges for bar service are not included in the Reception Package and vary depending on the type of bar service that you wish to provide. Brook Lodge also offers discounted packages on Fridays and Sundays and dates in November through April.
 Your reception opens with a hors d'oeuvres table of international and domestic cheeses, fresh-cut fruits and your choice of one hot and one cold hors d'oeuvres selection from our menus.
- Tables elegantly draped in white linens, along with your choice of some of this season's most popular linen napkin colors are included in your package. Skirting and linens for your cake table, head table and other additions to the room are also included.
- A champagne toast for you and all of your guests is served just before dinner. We provide sparkling juice so that your "little guests" can toast to your happiness as well.
- Choose from our Chef's own unique four-course dinner options, starting with a plated appetizer, followed by salad and entrée, and ending with our vanilla bean ice cream, the perfect accompaniment to your wedding cake. We also provide a complimentary taste testing to help select the perfect menu. Buffet menus are also available.
 Brook Lodge will provide your 15x15 dance floor, a microphone for any toasting, all of your tables, chairs, linen, and china. Our professional and experienced staff will design and set the function room for your special evening.
- Choose from our elegant candlelit centerpiece options for soft, romantic lighting and a touch of beauty at each table.
- All non-alcoholic beverages served during your dinner service are included at no additional charge, and complimentary coffee service is provided throughout the evening.
- Brook Lodge will provide candlelit lawn seating outside your reception hall. (Available at the Dr.'s Cottage and Conference Hall only.)
- Professional banquet servers dress in formal black and white attire. Our experienced staff will provide cake service.
 Ceremony Pricing Information
Saturday Ceremony Rental Rate: $700.00
Friday & Sunday Ceremony Rental Rate: $500.00
Outdoor sound system rental includes a wireless lapel and/or handheld microphone, CD system, and speaker (optional): $80.00
Times available for Saturday ceremonies: 3:30 pm or 6:00 pm
(3:30 pm ceremonies have access to the garden from 1:30 - 4:30 pm. 6:00 pm ceremonies have access from 4:30 - 8:00 pm)
Genevieve's Garden rental does not include cost of Outdoor Ceremony Chairs.
White Wood Padded Ceremony Chairs: $2.70 per chair
Setup fee: $50.00
Brook Lodge does not allow the throwing of rose petals (silk or fresh), birdseed or rice. Bubbles are acceptable and are for outdoor use only.
**Please note the use of Genevieve's Garden for a ceremony is reserved only for couples also hosting their reception at Brook Lodge.
