Winter Reception Package Brook Lodge

Best known for our gourmet cuisine and beautifully landscaped grounds, Brook Lodge also provides an unmatched atmosphere for couples planning their special day during the winter months. With our special Winter Reception Package , planning your celebration during this time is not only a very unique affair, but provides you with added savings and several special enhancements.

 

Available select dates in November, January, February and March.

  • A discount of $5.00 per person off the regular reception package pricing.
  • Brookside Cottage complimentary for the Bride and Groom on your wedding night. With a fireplace next to the four-poster bed in the master bedroom, a Jacuzzi in the master bath, and a separate sitting room with a second fireplace, this cottage provides a romantic and memorable setting for this special evening. ( * $399 value)
  • Complimentary use of the elegant Dr.'s Cottage for your social hour. Complete with two fireplaces, guests will enjoy the unique and warm atmosphere of the estate's original home. (*$700 value)
  • Complimentary "Late Night Pizzas" for your reception guests, typically served shortly before your reception end time, after your friends and family have worked up an appetite on the dance floor. (~ $120 value)
  • Our staff will line the walkway from the Dr.'s Cottage to your dinner location with candlelit luminary bags, creating a romantic transition between locations.
  • Our experienced banquet staff will pass your hors d'oeuvres, butler-style, on silver trays during your social hour, for an added touch of elegance. (~ $100 value)
  • At the end of the evening, you'll find a special treat in Brookside Cottage just for the two of you: chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne, along with rose petals and candles for a relaxing soak in the Jacuzzi.

Brook Lodge Off-Season Wedding Package

Hors d’oeuvres served during your social hour:

  • Fresh fruit and cheese display
  • Fresh cut vegetables and assorted dips

Dinner Menu:

First Course Selections (choose one):

  • Traditional Caesar Salad with parmesan crouton
  • Garden Patch Salad with buttermilk, chive and parmesan dressing
  • Mrs. Marshall’s  - romaine, bacon, tomato, swiss & asiago cheeses tossed with toasted almonds and lemon pepper vinaigrette

Entrée Selections:

  • Spinach and Shitake Mushroom-stuffed Chicken Breast with a chive beurre blanc sauce
  • Garlic Roasted Pork Loin with raspberry chipotle glaze
  • Seared Red Snapper finished with fried leeks and ginger butter
  • 8 oz. New York Strip Steak with port wine demi-glace
  • Vegetarian Entrees available – ask your coordinator for options
Chef’s choice of seasonal starch and vegetable will be served with all entrées.

The following items will also be included in your reception package:

  • The banquet room for your reception
  • Champagne toast included for all of your guests and sparkling juice for your “little guests”
  • White tables linens and your choice of linen napkin colors
  • White skirting and linens for your cake table, head table and other additions to the room
  • 15x15 dance floor and microphone for toasting
  • Your choice of one of our two candlelit centerpiece options
  • Coffee service throughout the evening
  • Cutting and serving of your wedding cake with vanilla bean ice cream

Reception Package Pricing: 

  • Choice of one entrée: $38.00 per person
  • Choice of two entrées: $39.00 per person
  • Choice of three entrées: $40.00 per person

Four-Hour Complete Bar Service:

  • Includes premium brand drinks, house wine, imported and domestic beer, soft drinks and juices
  • Additional $22.00 per person
  • Other bar packages available
  • Bartender fees will apply
