We
pride ourselves in providing you with the style of dining service that
best meets your needs. The Brook Lodge Dining Hall, overlooking
the Old Mill Pond, seats 122 between the main room and the glass
porch. Professional Brook Lodge staff that will make your dining
experience unique serves beautifully prepared meals. Before-dinner
social hours and after-dinner coffees can also be arranged, as
can special diet requests.
 In
addition to traditional menu selections, we offer meals according
to a variety of themes - from the casual to the most elegant -
with menus appropriate for each. Theme meals are served both indoors
and outdoors in fair weather, where receptions of up to 250 guests
can be accommodated under a tent, set up adjacent to the Lodge.
